A biophilic Children’s area designed for the Gunbarrel Library in Boulder Colorado.

This space REIMAGINES what the Children’s area of a library can be! With my love for storytelling, I wanted to retell the story of the trolls under the bridge. It turns out, the trolls were the good guys! They are the guardians of this magical bridge of light built by the creative power of the imagination. The trolls are the protectors of liminal spaces and boundaries between one place and another.

The Wonder Bridge was built by the creative power of the imagination. It is the place where the vines of free thought blossom into stories to be shared with the world.
