About

Hello! I am a New Yorker living in Denver, Colorado. I earned my BFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in 2002. Since, I have worked in various areas of the art industry that include fashion, toys, and textiles. For the past 13 years I have been collaborating with curators, master educators, local and world-renowned artists to design and fabricate tactile experiences within exhibits and public learning spaces across the country. Some of these include the Denver Art Museum, the Smithsonian’s NMAAHC, Boston’s ICA, the Junkyard Social Club, The Nature and Science Museum of Denver, and the Children’s Museum of Denver. My skills are a colorful mix of illustration and design, textiles, puppets, toys, costume-making, and sensory environments for play. I am also an Art Educator that is certified in Trauma based practices, Behavior Therapy, and the Reggio-Emilia philosophy. I have dedicated any of my available time to working with non-profits within the community. I hope to provide a safe and stress-free experience for both young children and the older youth to feel free to create. My overall goal in all that I do is to help spark a sense of wonder and play in exploring imagination and the world around us.
